The Clean Technology Investment Tax Credit helps businesses reduce the tax they owe. Suppose you install a solar array, an electric vehicle charging system with an output over 10 kW, or a battery energy storage system on your building. You can claim this credit on the following year’s tax return. It covers 20–30% of your capital cost and is applied directly against your taxes.
This incentive meaningfully improves project payback. A system that normally takes seven to nine years to pay off can drop to around four to six years once the credit is applied.
Inferno Solar will guide you through any available rebates or incentives. While your accounting firm handles the official tax filing, we stay current on all programs as they come and go, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
